Why Choose us

Our Philosophy

At Reilu PhoneFix, we believe phone repair should be more than simply replacing a damaged part. It should be about doing the right repair, explaining the available choices and treating every customer fairly.

Your phone is an important part of your everyday life, and we understand that you want it repaired safely, professionally and at a reasonable price. That’s why we take the time to understand the problem before recommending a solution.

🔧 Diagnose Before We Repair

Not every phone problem requires a part replacement. Charging issues, battery problems, camera faults or audio problems can sometimes have several possible causes.

We aim to diagnose the device first, identify the likely cause and recommend the most appropriate solution. This helps avoid unnecessary repairs and gives you a clearer understanding of what your device needs.

💚 Quality Parts, Clear Choices

Depending on the device and repair, different replacement options may be available. These can include OEM-quality, premium and original/genuine service parts.

We explain the differences in quality, expected performance and price, so you can choose the option that suits your phone and budget.

We don’t believe that the most expensive option is always the right option. The right option is the one that makes sense for you.

💶 Fair & Transparent Service

We believe customers should know what they are paying for.

Before starting a repair, we aim to provide clear information about:

The identified or suspected problem
Recommended repair
Available part options
Repair price
Estimated repair time
Applicable warranty

If we discover something unexpected during the repair, we’ll communicate it before proceeding with additional work whenever possible.

🛠️ Professional Care

Every device deserves careful handling. We work to protect your phone during the repair process and test relevant functions after the repair.

Depending on the repair, testing may include display and touch response, charging, battery operation, cameras, microphone, speakers, buttons and other affected functions.

🤝 Customer Trust Comes First

For us, a successful repair isn’t only about making the phone work again.

It’s about making the customer feel informed, respected and confident in the service they received.

We want every customer to know:

“I understood what was done, why it was done and what I paid for.”
