Reilu PhoneFix – Tietosuojakäytäntö

Reilu PhoneFix kunnioittaa yksityisyyttäsi ja on sitoutunut suojelemaan henkilötietojasi. Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä selitetään, miten Reilu PhoneFix kerää, käyttää, tallentaa ja suojaa henkilötietojasi, kun vierailet verkkosivustollamme, otat meihin yhteyttä, varaat ajan, pyydät korjausta, ostat palvelun tai olet muulla tavalla yhteydessä meihin.

Reilu PhoneFix käsittelee henkilötietoja EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) ja sovellettavan suomalaisen tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti.

Kun pyydät korjausta, saatamme tallentaa laitteesi tunnistamiseen ja huoltoon tarvittavia tietoja, mukaan lukien:

* Laitteen valmistaja ja malli

* Sarjanumero

* IMEI tai muu laitteen tunniste tarvittaessa

* Ilmoitettu vika ja korjauksen kuvaus

* Diagnostiikkatiedot

* Vaihdetut tai asennetut osat

* Korjaushistoria

* Takuatiedot

* Valokuvat laitteesta tai sen fyysisestä kunnosta tarvittaessa

Maksu- ja tapahtumatiedot

Voimme käsitellä tietoja, jotka liittyvät:

* Ostetut palvelut

* Hinnat

* Laskut

* Maksun tila

* Tapahtuma- tai viitetiedot

Maksut voidaan käsitellä SumUp-palvelun kautta. Reilu PhoneFix ei tallenna tarkoituksellisesti maksukortin täydellisiä tietoja, kun maksu käsitellään ulkoisen maksupalveluntarjoajan kautta.

3. Viestintä asiakkaiden kanssa

Asiakkaat voivat olla yhteydessä Reilu PhoneFix:hen seuraavilla tavoilla:

* Instagram-viestit

* Verkkosivustojen yhteydenottolomakkeet, mikäli sovellettavissa

* Muut Reilu PhoneFix:n tarjoamat viestintäkanavat

Voimme käyttää näiden kanavien kautta saatuja tietoja seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

* Vastaa tiedusteluihin

* Anna lainauksia

* Sovi tapaamisia

* Keskustele korjausvaatimuksista

* Anna korjauksen tilapäivityksiä

* Hoida takuuasiat

* Vastaa valituksiin

* Tarjoa asiakaspalvelua

Kolmannen osapuolen viestintäalustat, kuten WhatsApp, Facebook ja Instagram, saattavat käsitellä henkilötietoja itsenäisesti omien tietosuojakäytäntöjensä mukaisesti.

Puhelinsoitot

Puheluita voidaan käyttää asiakastiedusteluihin, tarjouspyyntöihin, ajanvarauksiin, korjaustietoihin, takuuasioihin ja muuhun palveluun liittyvään viestintään.

Reilu PhoneFix ei tallenna puhelinkeskusteluja tarkoituksellisesti, ellei asiasta ole erikseen ilmoitettu asiakkaalle ja ellei siihen ole asianmukaista oikeusperustaa.

4. Korjaus- ja laitetiedot

Koska Reilu PhoneFix tarjoaa matkapuhelinten korjauspalveluja, tiettyjä asiakkaan laitteeseen liittyviä tietoja saatetaan käsitellä osana korjausta.

Tämä voi sisältää:

* Laitemalli

* Sarjanumero

* IMEI

* Diagnostiikkatiedot

* Korjaustiedot

* Laitteen kunto

* Valokuvat laitteesta

Tätä tietoa käytetään vain silloin, kun se on kohtuullisen tarpeen korjausta, vianmääritystä, laitteen tunnistusta, takuuta, asiakaspalvelua, laskutusta tai oikeutettuja liiketoimintatarkoituksia varten.

Pääsy laitteen henkilökohtaiseen sisältöön

Asiakkaiden tulee varmuuskopioida laitteensa ennen sen jättämistä huoltoon.

Reilu PhoneFix ei tarkoituksellisesti avaa, kopioi, tarkastele tai säilytä henkilökohtaista sisältöä, kuten valokuvia, viestejä, yhteystietoja tai asiakirjoja, ellei pääsy niihin ole välttämätöntä sovitun korjaus-, vianmääritys- tai testausmenettelyn kannalta.

Jos laitteeseen pääsy on välttämätöntä, Reilu PhoneFix pyrkii rajoittamaan pääsyn vain niihin tietoihin, jotka ovat välttämättömiä palvelun suorittamiseksi.

Asiakkaiden ei tule antaa salasanoja, tunnuslukuja tai tilitietoja, ellei niitä todella tarvita sovittuun korjaus- tai testaustoimenpiteeseen.

Reilu PhoneFix ei säilytä tarkoituksellisesti asiakkaiden salasanoja tai tunnistautumistietoja sen jälkeen, kun niitä ei enää tarvita.

5. Ajanvaraus

Reilu PhoneFix käyttää Reservio-palvelua ajanvarauksiin.

Asiakkaat voivat varata palveluita seuraavien kautta:

Varauksesta riippuen tiedot voivat sisältää:

* Nimi

* Puhelinnumero

* Sähköpostiosoite

* Valittu korjaus/huolto

* Vastaanottoaika ja -päivä

* Varauksen yhteydessä annetut asiakkaan kommentit tai tiedot

Tietoja käytetään ajanvarausten hallintaan, pyydetyn palvelun tuottamiseen, asiakkaiden kanssa kommunikointiin ja tarvittavien liiketoimintakirjanpitojen ylläpitämiseen.

Reservio saattaa käsitellä henkilötietoja oman tietosuojakäytäntönsä ja ehtojensa mukaisesti.

6. Google Workspace

Reilu PhoneFix käyttää Google Workspacea yrityssähköpostin ja siihen liittyvien yrityspalveluiden tarjoamiseen.

Asiakastietoja voidaan sen vuoksi käsitellä Google Workspacen kautta silloin, kun se on tarpeen:

* Asiakasviestintä

* Lainaukset

* Korjausdokumentaatio

* Ajanvarauksen hallinta

* Laskutus

* Asiakaspalvelutietueet

* Muut lailliset liiketoiminnat

Google voi käsitellä henkilötietoja sovellettavien ehtojensa ja tietosuojadokumentaationsa mukaisesti.

7. Facebook ja Instagram

Reilu PhoneFix voi vastaanottaa asiakaskyselyitä Facebook Messengerin ja Instagramin viestien kautta.

Näiden alustojen kautta annettuja tietoja voidaan käyttää:

* Anna palvelutiedot

* Anna lainauksia

* Arrange repairs or appointments

* Communicate with customers

Facebook/Instagram may independently process personal data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Customers should avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through social media.

8. WhatsApp

Customers may contact Reilu PhoneFix through WhatsApp using:

Information received through WhatsApp may be used for customer communication, repair enquiries, appointment arrangements, quotations, repair updates and customer service.

WhatsApp/Meta may independently process personal data according to their applicable privacy terms.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through WhatsApp.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies may be used for:

10. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

To respond to enquiries, provide quotations, arrange appointments and provide repair updates.

Legal basis: Contractual necessity and/or legitimate interest.

Payments and accounting

To process payments, issue invoices, maintain accounting records and comply with financial legislation.

Warranty and complaints

To manage warranty claims, complaints, repair disputes and service verification.

Legal basis: Contract, legitimate interest and/or legal obligation.

Website security and operation

To operate the website, protect against abuse and maintain website security.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent.

Marketing

Where permitted by law and where the necessary consent or other lawful basis exists, Reilu PhoneFix may send information about services, offers and promotions.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. Sharing Personal Data

Reilu PhoneFix does not sell customer personal data.

Personal information may be shared where necessary with:

* SumUp and other payment-service providers

* Reservio for appointment booking

* Google Workspace/Google services

* Website and hosting providers

* IT service providers

* Accounting/bookkeeping providers

* Delivery or logistics providers

* Communication and messaging platforms

* Authorities where legally required

* Professional advisers where necessary

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be disclosed.

12. International Data Transfers

Some service providers used by Reilu PhoneFix may process personal data outside Finland or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection legislation will be used where applicable.

13. Data Retention

Reilu PhoneFix retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Different information may therefore be retained for different periods.

* Repair records may be retained for customer service, warranty and dispute-resolution purposes.

Our repair services are primarily intended for customers who are legally able to enter into service agreements.
