At Reilu PhoneFix, screen protectors installed by us are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of installation.

The warranty covers defects in the screen protector itself and problems resulting from the installation.

The 30-day warranty may cover the following:

1. Persistent air bubbles:

• If air bubbles appear after installation and **do not disappear naturally within a reasonable period, the screen protector may be inspected and replaced under warranty.
• Small bubbles or marks immediately after installation may be normal and can sometimes disappear during the settling period.

2. Installation-related problems

If the screen protector was incorrectly installed, for example:

* It is visibly misaligned

* It is installed at an incorrect angle

* The edges do not sit correctly because of the installation

* The protector does not properly cover the intended display area

Reilu PhoneFix may replace the screen protector under the warranty.

3. Dust, hair or other particles under the protector

If dust, hair or another foreign particle was trapped underneath the screen protector during installation and this was not noticed at the time of installation, it may be covered by the warranty.

The issue must be reported within the warranty period.

4. Manufacturing or quality defects

The warranty may cover a genuine quality defect in the screen protector, such as:

* Cracking without an identifiable external impact

* Unusual scratching shortly after normal use

* Peeling or separating unexpectedly

* Material deterioration

* Crumbling or breaking without an identifiable external cause

The screen protector will be inspected before a warranty replacement is approved.

5. Rear camera glass protection

Where Reilu PhoneFix has installed a **rear camera glass protector**, the same 30-day warranty applies to the camera glass protector.

The warranty covers manufacturing or installation-related defects under the same principles described above.

The screen protector warranty does **not** normally cover damage caused by external events or normal use.

* Impact or collision

* Crushing or bending

* Excessive pressure

* Scratches caused by keys, objects or other materials

* Damage caused by sharp objects

* Improper handling

* Deliberate damage

* Damage caused by a case or accessory

* Damage caused by installation or removal by another party

* Normal wear and tear

* Damage caused by liquid or chemicals

If the screen protector is clearly damaged as a result of a **drop or impact**, it is not covered by the warranty.

If the customer informs Reilu PhoneFix that the device or screen protector was dropped or subjected to an impact, the resulting damage is normally considered accidental damage and is not covered by the screen protector warranty.

If a screen protector is confirmed to have a covered installation or manufacturing defect, Reilu PhoneFix may, at its discretion and subject to applicable consumer law:

* Replace the screen protector with the same or an equivalent product; or

* Provide another appropriate remedy where required by law.

A replacement screen protector is covered for the **remaining period of the original 30-day warranty**, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Reilu PhoneFix.

The 30-day screen protector warranty is a voluntary warranty provided by Reilu PhoneFix and does not limit any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable Finnish consumer-protection legislation.

The warranty applies to screen protectors installed by Reilu PhoneFix.

Screen protectors purchased from Reilu PhoneFix but installed by the customer or another party are not covered for installation-related defects.

Reilu PhoneFix reserves the right to assess whether the reported problem is a manufacturing/installation defect or the result of external damage or normal wear.
