Previously Repaired Devices<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should inform Reilu PhoneFix if a device has previously been:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Opened<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Repaired elsewhere<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Exposed to liquid<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Dropped or physically damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Modified<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Fitted with aftermarket parts<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Repaired using non-standard methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n Previous repairs may a\ufb00ect the success of a new repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If screws, shields, brackets, seals or other components are missing or damaged, Reilu PhoneFix<\/p>\n\n\n\n may document and inform the customer where reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b13. Passwords and Passcodes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should not provide passwords, passcodes or account credentials unless they are<\/p>\n\n\n\n genuinely required for an agreed repair or testing procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where possible, Reilu PhoneFix may o\ufb00er an alternative testing procedure that does not require<\/p>\n\n\n\n the customer\u2019s passcode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix does not intentionally retain customer passwords or authentication credentials<\/p>\n\n\n\n after they are no longer required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 17. Face ID, Touch ID and Biometric Functions<\/p>\n\n\n\n Certain biometric functions, including Face ID and Touch ID, may be linked to specific original<\/p>\n\n\n\n components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The continued operation of biometric features cannot always be guaranteed after repair,<\/p>\n\n\n\n particularly where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * An original component is damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * A component has previously been replaced<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The device has liquid damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The motherboard is damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * A component associated with the biometric system must be replaced<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will inform the customer about known relevant risks where they can reasonably be<\/p>\n\n\n\n identified before the repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 18. Replacement-Part Availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the selected replacement part is unavailable, Reilu PhoneFix may o\ufb00er an alternative part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A materially di\ufb00erent alternative will normally only be installed with the customer\u2019s approval.If an appropriate replacement part cannot be obtained within a reasonable time, the customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n may discuss available alternatives or cancellation with Reilu PhoneFix in accordance with<\/p>\n\n\n\n applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 22. Warranty and Statutory Consumer Rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix may provide a separate voluntary warranty for certain repairs or replacement<\/p>\n\n\n\n parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The warranty period may vary, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * 3 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n * 4 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n * 6 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n * 12 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n The applicable warranty period will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n repair and\/or on the receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A voluntary warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The scope of any warranty and statutory liability depends on the service, replacement part and<\/p>\n\n\n\n circumstances of the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 23. What the Voluntary Warranty May Cover<\/p>\n\n\n\n Depending on the applicable warranty terms, the warranty may cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Manufacturing or material defects in an installed replacement part<\/p>\n\n\n\n * A technical fault directly related to the repair, where covered by the applicable warranty<\/p>\n\n\n\n The device may need to be inspected by Reilu PhoneFix before a warranty claim can be<\/p>\n\n\n\n assessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 24. What the Voluntary Warranty Does Not Automatically Cover<\/p>\n\n\n\n The voluntary warranty normally does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * New physical damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Drops<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Cracked screens or glass<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Liquid or moisture damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Misuse<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Modification or repair by another party<\/p>\n\n\n\n * New external damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Normal wear and tear<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Customer-caused damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Faults unrelated to the original repair<\/p>\n\n\n\n This does not limit statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 25. Warranty ClaimsIf a customer experiences a problem related to a repair during the applicable warranty period, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n customer should contact Reilu PhoneFix as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer should provide, where possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Enhetsmodell<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Repair date<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Description of the problem<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Repair or receipt number<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Photos or videos where relevant<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will inspect the device and determine whether the issue is related to the repair or<\/p>\n\n\n\n replacement part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 26. Customer-Supplied Replacement Parts<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should inform Reilu PhoneFix if they provide their own replacement part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix may refuse to install a part that appears:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Defective<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Incompatible<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Unsafe<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Incorrect for the device<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where a customer supplies their own part, Reilu PhoneFix\u2019s responsibility may primarily relate to<\/p>\n\n\n\n the workmanship rather than the quality or reliability of the customer-supplied part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any relevant limitations will be explained before work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 27. Battery Safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n Batteries are technical components that may present safety risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a battery is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Swollen<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Abnormally hot<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Mechanically damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Unstable<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix may stop work or refuse to install or handle the component for safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For safety reasons, Reilu PhoneFix may recommend replacing the battery or discontinuing use of<\/p>\n\n\n\n the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 28. Suspension of a Repair<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix may suspend or stop a repair if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The device presents a safety risk* The battery is dangerously damaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Extensive additional damage is discovered<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The required replacement part is unavailable<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The repair is not technically reasonably achievable<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The customer does not approve required additional work<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Continuing the repair would create an unreasonable technical risk<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 29. Repair That Cannot Be Completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a device cannot be repaired, Reilu PhoneFix will inform the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the agreed service cannot technically be performed, Reilu PhoneFix will not charge for work that<\/p>\n\n\n\n was not performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A previously agreed diagnostic or inspection fee may still apply if the diagnostic service was<\/p>\n\n\n\n performed and the fee was disclosed and agreed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 30. Unsuccessful or Partially Completed Repair<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a customer decides not to continue with a repair after diagnostics, the device will be returned<\/p>\n\n\n\n subject to the condition resulting from the agreed diagnostic or repair work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If opening or disassembling the device was necessary for diagnosis, the original factory sealing,<\/p>\n\n\n\n water resistance or other factory-installed characteristics may not be restorable to their previous<\/p>\n\n\n\n condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 31. Water Resistance<\/p>\n\n\n\n Even if a manufacturer describes a device as water-resistant or splash-resistant, Reilu PhoneFix<\/p>\n\n\n\n does not guarantee that the same level of water or dust resistance will remain after repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Opening a device, replacing a display, back glass, frame or other component may a\ufb00ect original<\/p>\n\n\n\n seals and construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should avoid exposing a repaired device to water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 32. Customer Responsibilities Before Repair<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should, where possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Back up their data<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Remove the SIM card if it is not required<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Remove unnecessary accessories<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Inform Reilu PhoneFix of known faults<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Inform us of previous repairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Inform us of liquid damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Inform us of relevant device locks or security features<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should inform Reilu PhoneFix if the device contains particularly valuable or sensitive<\/p>\n\n\n\n information.\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 33. Collection of the Repaired Device<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will notify the customer when the repair is ready for collection where reasonably<\/p>\n\n\n\n possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The device may be released when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The agreed work has been completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Any applicable payment has been made<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Necessary documentation has been completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should check the condition and key functions of the device at collection where<\/p>\n\n\n\n reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 34. Uncollected Devices<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer will be informed when a device is ready for collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a customer does not collect the device within a reasonable period, Reilu PhoneFix may send<\/p>\n\n\n\n reminders using the customer\u2019s provided contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any storage or other applicable charges will be communicated to the customer in advance and<\/p>\n\n\n\n will only be applied within the limits permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix does not automatically acquire ownership of a customer\u2019s device simply because<\/p>\n\n\n\n the device has not been collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a device remains uncollected for an extended period and the customer cannot be contacted,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 35. Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment may be made using the payment methods o\ufb00ered by Reilu PhoneFix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SumUp may be used as a payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Available payment methods will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of<\/p>\n\n\n\n payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 36. Invoicing and Receipts<\/p>\n\n\n\n Invoices or receipts will include, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Reilu PhoneFix name<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Business ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Customer information where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Repair\/service description<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Replacement parts<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Arbete<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Price<\/p>\n\n\n\n * Payment status* Applicable VAT or tax information<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 37. Distance Selling and the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where a service agreement is concluded remotely, for example through an online booking or other<\/p>\n\n\n\n electronic service, the consumer may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The right of withdrawal is subject to applicable consumer-protection legislation and<\/p>\n\n\n\n circumstances-specific exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the customer expressly requests that the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has<\/p>\n\n\n\n expired, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already<\/p>\n\n\n\n performed if the customer later exercises the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the service is fully completed during the withdrawal period at the customer\u2019s express request,<\/p>\n\n\n\n and the customer has acknowledged the consequences regarding the loss of the withdrawal right,<\/p>\n\n\n\n the right of withdrawal may no longer apply after full completion of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will comply with mandatory consumer-protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 38. Appointment Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If separate cancellation terms apply to a booking, these will be presented to the customer before<\/p>\n\n\n\n the booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reilu PhoneFix will not impose an unreasonable cancellation fee on consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where a lawful payment obligation has already arisen for services performed before cancellation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n this may be charged in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n 39.
